Basic (Foundations of Birth)

  • 6 weekly virtual classes (60 minutes each)

  • - Basic childbirth education covering labor stages, pain management, and basic newborn care

  • - Q&A time at the end of each session

  • - Access to a basic resource guide with essential information and tips

Standard (Comprehensive Birth Preparation)

  • 6 weekly virtual classes (60 minutes each)

  • - In-depth childbirth education including labor techniques, pain management, newborn care, and postpartum recovery

  • - Interactive discussion and Q&A time in each session

  • - Access to a comprehensive resource guide with detailed information and additional tips

  • - One virtual group discussion session (60 minutes) for extra support and community building

  • - Voxer Support: Weekly Voxer messaging support leading up to the birth of the child

Premium (Complete Birth Experience)

  • - 6 weekly virtual classes (60 minutes each)
