-1 initial consultation (45 minutes) to discuss needs and create a postpartum care plan
-5 hours of in-person support, spread over multiple visits (2 hours per visit)

- 1 initial consultation (60 minutes)
- 15 hours of in-person support (flexible scheduling, 2 hours per visit)
- Comprehensive newborn and maternal care, including breastfeeding support and troubleshooting
- Extensive assistance with household tasks (e.g., meal prep, laundry, organizing)
- Emotional support, including postpartum mood disorder screening and referrals if needed
- Sibling care and support
- Personalized postpartum care plan with ongoing adjustments
